Service & Small Works Engineer

ADIA member Quartz Empire Fire & Security Ltd is currently looking for an experienced Service & Small Works Engineer to join its growing team.
Due to continued expansion, the company is seeking a motivated and experienced engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, solving problems and providing an excellent level of customer service.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems
- Carrying out small works, upgrades and remedial works on existing systems
- Installing and modifying equipment as required
- Diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions
- Ensuring systems are maintained to a high standard and in accordance with current industry requirements
- Completing service reports, documentation and system updates accurately
- Providing a professional, reliable and customer-focused service
About You
Quartz Empire Fire & Security Ltd is looking for someone with:
- Proven experience working with fire and security systems
- Strong knowledge of servicing, maintenance and fault-finding
- Experience carrying out small works and system upgrades
- The ability to work independently and manage their own workload
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence
