Booking ADIA Training Just Got Easier

If you’ve ever thought, “I’ll book that training later when I’ve got more time…” — you’re not alone.

Most of our members are busy engineers (or busy office teams supporting engineers), and the last thing you need is a complicated application process or confusing steps once you’re in.

So we’ve made some changes to simplify everything and make the qualification process MUCH quicker.

What’s changed?

We’ve streamlined the booking and learning process so it’s clearer, quicker, and easier to complete in your own time.

That means:

  • Less back-and-forth

  • Less forms to complete for multiple courses
  • Less waiting around

  • Less confusion about what happens next

  • A smoother route from booking → learning → exam → completion

Step-by-step: How ADIA Training Works

1) Choose the course you need

Start by choosing the course (or courses) that matches what you do (or what you’re moving into). Whether it’s BS EN 16005, Service & Maintenance, Installation, or one of our industrial door options — you can apply online quickly.

2) Complete the course request form

Fill in our course request form with your details and the course(s) you’d like to complete.

If you’re booking multiple courses, that’s absolutely fine — just include it on the form.

3) We set up your login (manually, so it’s correct)

Once your request comes in, we’ll set up your login details manually.

This helps avoid delays or errors and ensures you’re enrolled on the correct course(s) from the start.

4) Log in and begin the self-study

You’ll get access to the online learning area where you can work through the self-study section at your own pace.

You can complete training:

  • During work hours

  • In the evening

  • At weekends

  • Whenever it fits around your workload

5) Work through each section in order

Each part of the course is broken down into manageable sections, typically with short videos and quizzes to help reinforce what you’ve learned.

Our best advice: Watch the videos, take a few notes, then do the quiz straight after. It’s the easiest way to make the knowledge stick.

6) Assessment and Exam

Once the self-study section has been completed, the engineer progresses to the assessment stage of the course. No extra log ins required.

The assessment forms part of the overall qualification process and is completed in line with course and awarding body requirements.

7) Need help? Contact us any time during the course

If you get stuck, want clarification, or need advice on a real job you’re working on, you can contact us during your learning — not just after you’ve finished.

You can send photos and videos too if it helps explain the issue.

Why we’ve done this

Because training should feel like support — not another admin job.

We want it to be easy for engineers to:

  • Get trained properly

  • Stay compliant

  • Feel confident on site

  • And have someone there if questions come up in real life

If you’re ready to book, head to the training page and complete the course request form — and we’ll get you set up.

Booking ADIA training really has just got easier.
