When you’re a member of the ADIA you want to make the most of your subscription. We’ve shown you the benefits but how can you utilise them?
SIT THE BS EN16005 ACCREDITED BY CITY & GUILDS
Having one engineer on the BS EN16005 can be a lot of pressure. Companies are becoming more and more aware of the importance of safety so are looking for more BS EN16005 accredited engineers. Have all of your engineers trained whether it is via the all-online course and exam or our visual course and exam. You should even get your office staff trained on the BS EN16005 for office staff.
TAKE THE NVQ
In 2017, the ADIA partnered with CSCS to offer ADIA members a blue CSCS Skilled Workers card on completion of the BS EN16005 accredited by City & Guilds. Our course was mapped against the NVQ and deemed to be the same standard.
In January 2020, the ADIA was then required to only deliver CSCS cards to those who completed the BS EN16005 before this date and to those who had completed the NVQs and ADIA BS EN16005. Which is why we became an NOCN centre.
Therefore, we have constructed an easy yet efficient and cost-effective solution in order to give members their qualification as well as their BS EN16005 training, accredited by City & Guilds.
Our training and assessments are completed by ADIA staff members with everything being completed digitally or over the phone. We will create a digital portfolio and have discussions regarding your skills and work.

MAKE THE MOST OF THE FREE PROMOTION VIA OUR DIRECTORY
Make your description stand out but don’t have it go on for too long. Descriptions should show what you can do for a company and what makes your business stand out from the others. Members are also able to use their photographs throughout the directory, e.g. on the cover. Not only that but there is also the opportunity to get an advertisement for a small fee to help cover the costs of additional printing.
SAVE TIME AND INCREASE REVENUE WITH THE ADIA ONLINE SERVICE FORM
As an added benefit of being an ADIA Member, you can now complete your servicing forms online.
This will allow your automatic door engineers to fill out forms on a mobile device which will then be directly emailed through to your company’s office email address.
