For example, based on previous Annual General Meetings, we are changing the format so the event is shorter. This means members can leave after lunch to travel home or back to the office. We understand time is important, so we are always making the effort to ensure we are helping everyone.
It is also important to us to get feedback via testimonials and surveys so we can improve the association further without raising the cost of membership. The more benefits on offer won’t affect the subscription rates.
