We often get emails regarding getting a BS EN16005 card replaced or renewed. However, to conform with certain guidelines and for paper trail purposes, we have set up a system to make it easier for us and you to get your cards as soon as possible.

CARD RENEWAL

• If you BS EN16005 technician’s card and the certificate has expired please visit this page, complete the details and we will have a new card sent to you ASAP.
• If you completed the course 4 or more years ago you will be required to take a refresher course.
• Cards are renewable annually.
• Should you have left the company you received the card with, your new company will need to be a member of the association.
• All cards are sent to the company, not the individuals’ address.
• A photo of the card can be sent via email if urgent.

REPLACEMENT CARD

• If your card is still in date but you require a replacement, you must complete this form.
• The company you are employed by must be a member of the association for a replacement to be offered.
• All cards are sent to the company, not to the individuals’ address.
• Your company will be charged £25.00 + VAT.
