Though coronavirus is currently dominating the headlines, there are huge employment law changes that have to be legally implemented by 6 April 2020.
Known as The Good Work Plan, these are designed to give greater protection to those working under more flexible work arrangements. They will every impact every single business in the UK, such as through changes to holiday pay calculations and the increased protection of agency workers.
