ADIA Online Health & Safety Course
ADIA Health & Safety test has been created for those who wish to sit the BS EN16005 accredited by City & Guilds and NVQ in order to obtain an ADIA CSCS card.
The course provides learners with an online platform to learn safety procedures within the workplace and increase awareness of health and safety policies.
No matter how small or large a company is, workers in all fields of industry face workplace dangers that can threaten their health and safety. There are also dangers that may not be as obvious such as psychological stress can also cause health problems that can hamper productivity. Therefore it is essential for companies to provide health and safety training for their workers.
Educating workers on the basics of health and safety can help reduce workplace accidents and injuries, saving companies from costly legal battles with employees and lifelong support for their families. In addition, prioritising the safety of your personnel can keep them from leaving the job because of work-related illness, keeping financial losses secondary to lack of skilled workers at a minimum.

Who is this course for?
For those who are:
- wishing to sit the ADIA BS EN16005 course
- are sitting the ADIA BS EN16005 Refresher
- those who have previously sat the BS EN16005 prior to May 2017
- those who have an expired card and would now like an ADIA CSCS card and need to sit the Health & Safety test.
What you will learn

- Noise, Vibration and Vehicle Safety
On successful completion of the course (over 80% pass rate) you will be sent an ADIA Health & Safety certificate. If you have completed the BS EN16005 course and exam you will also be sent an ADIA CSCS card through the post the within one week. This can be used to provide evidence for compliance in accordance with City & Guilds and CSCS.
The Health & Safety course is in partnership with CSCS as part of our commitment to excellence, making our trained members stand out from their competitors.
Each company that has an accredited engineer pass this course will be listed on the DoorSafe Register which is promoted to those who inquire with the association on recommendations. Engineers are listed with the accreditation information under the company profiles.
The ADIA card and certificate expires annually but the accreditation is for four years in which we recommend members take an ADIA BS EN16005 Refresher course in order to receive a new card and certificate after the four year period.
